Recruiting an Offshore Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to drive zero-harm safety culture on offshore production platforms and drilling units.

- Conduct daily HSE inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments on offshore installations.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and regulatory reporting under UK HSE guidelines.
- Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems, COSHH assessments, and emergency response drills.
- Champion environmental compliance, waste management, and emissions reduction initiatives.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
Desired qualifications, background, and capabilities.
- NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH International Oil & Gas Certificate.
- 5+ years experience as an HSE professional in offshore exploration or production environments.
- Active BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS and OGUK Medical certificate.
- Strong leadership and safety coaching skills.
