We are seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Project Director to take commercial and operational leadership of a major multi-million pound infrastructure and development scheme.

- Direct turnkey delivery of major construction programmes from procurement through handover.
- Oversee site management, principal contractors, commercial consultants, and structural engineers.
- Manage contractual terms, NEC4/JCT frameworks, project milestones, and cashflow.
- Enforce the highest standards of CDM 2015 health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
Desired qualifications, background, and capabilities.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or chartered status (MCIOB / CEng).
- 12+ years experience leading major commercial or infrastructure build projects in the UK.
- Thorough knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, risk mitigation, and BIM workflows.
- Exemplary stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
