Recruiting a Lead MEP Project Engineer to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering installations on a landmark commercial build.

- Manage the technical coordination of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Review MEP technical submittals, equipment schedules, and spatial clash detection models.
- Supervise testing, balancing, and commissioning phases prior to client handover.
- Ensure full adherence to Building Regulations (Part L), CIBSE guidelines, and BREEAM standards.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
Desired qualifications, background, and capabilities.
- B.Sc. / B.Eng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (CIBSE/IET membership preferred).
- 6+ years experience managing MEP building services on large-scale UK building projects.
- CSCS Black/Gold Card and SMSTS certification.
- Strong AutoCAD / Navisworks / Revit BIM review experience.
